Winter Storm Closure Notice

This weekend (Saturday, January 31st & Sunday, February 1st) the visitor center and boardwalk will be closed to account for the winter storm that may potentially produce hazardous icy conditions. We expect to resume normal operation hours starting the following week (Wednesday, February 4th).

Francis Beidler Forest is one of two forests left in South Carolina that have never been logged in the history of humankind. If you wish to visit us, please review the information available here.

Admission Discount (Boardwalk)	Buying tickets 24 hours in advance will give you $1 off per ticket.
